What I liked

I have had cancelled appointments, not given a diagnosis and no information as to when or if I need treatment, and one aspect of my complaint/illness was completely disregarded.

What could be improved

Stop cancelling appointments, and send people to specialists instead of glorified GP's to keep patients happy and thinking something is being done when it isn't.
