About: NHS Telford and Wrekin CCG The Princess Royal Hospital / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

I was recently diagnosed as diabetic with an under-active thyroid. I got appointments to both GP's care and the PRH very quickly.

I was treated without any long waits and was very happy with all the service I received at both clinics and at my GP's surgery.

In fact the letter I receive with this form actually came after I had received my footcare treatment.
