Anything else?
Although the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every day the mess that had accumulated from previous clients was still plainly obvious to see. The curtains were filthy, the windows would not close and the showers always flood. In fact I had to have a shower when I got home to make me feel clean. The staff have no respect for your privacy, often male staff barging into female rooms & probably vise versa. The medics could not care & treated you as just another number. If you asked respectfully for something it was either ignored or forgotten. Don't expect to speak to the staff either as they just shut themselves into the office & offer you false promises they never intend to keep, just to pacify you. It is no wonder patients get angry & kick off. If you have a medical problem then forget it, they don't care. I even cleaned & dressed my own wounds, but they got infected, probably from the filth lying around. Medication is frequently not available if you are admitted over the weekend, so dont expect even pain killers, let alone life depending drugs. I didn't expect the Hilton, but my last stay there was absolutely disgusting
