The service user had a phobia of most things medical, and with only 20% vision, is always very nervous.
After speaking to the dentist, called Marie, from Locala, she helped me to make him at ease as much as possible. I described each instrument and he held it and she talked him through the process.
Small steps at present but we are off back again soon.
