Have been trying for weeks now to contact audiology. Either the number is engaged, or they totally ignore it. The line starts beeping after about 1 min 50 secs, so you have to drop the line. They must be there, because as soon as you redial it is engaged again. Or you can sit and wait for another couple of minutes. The same thing happens over, and over, and over... Absolutely appalling service - they should be ashamed of themselves

I am sorry to hear that you have had problems contacting our audiology reception. If you would like to contact PALS on 020 8216 4924 / 020 8375 2378 or email your details to bcfpals@nhs.net we will try to resolve your contact problems. In the interim I will escalate to the audiology manager your concerns raised. As an organisation we are committed from learning from specific issues and from any mistakes we may have made. Hearing about where we can do better helps us to pinpoint where exactly to make improvements to the service we provide. Many thanks for your feedback.
