What I liked
its going on two years since i went to the doctors and was refered to the hospital due to a rather rude and aggressive doctor which i made a complaint about thank fully i havent had to see again i now am under a wonderful consultant and have no doubts he will sort my probelms out
What could be improved
keep having to join waiting lists when really i need to be sorted out asap and return to work as i cant draw benefits only a insurance stamp
