"day surgery at Western general hospital"

I had surgery last week.

Everything went well but what was also very important was the staff. From the nurses to the surgeon and the anesthetist everyone was very helpful, happy to answer questions, they explained what would happen, who would do what and just very humane.

This makes a difference in an environment that most patients would I think, rather avoid.
