my son and i were sent to the hospital by his doctor and atfer being seen by the nurse,doctor then left to wait for hours not knowing the outcome of the blood tests they took also the lack of cleaness in the treatment room as there was spilled blood on the floor after the blood test was done .

Dear anonymous - I am sorry that you had to wait so long with not knowing what was happening; as well as being frustrating I can appreciate it must have made you more worried and anxious. I am sorry too that the standards of cleaning were not as high as we expect. I know the staff will be really disappointed to read this but will also appreciate your feedback as it is important to us.
