The information provided from Stirchley Medical Practice was excellent, the after care was excellent. There was a need not for myself but I understand the reasons for therapy and I agree.
I was disappointed in the accuracy of my appointment for the procedure due to numbers, but assume this was a NHS problem not the doctors.
Overall, I am very happy with the service I have been given. I must point out that the doctor and assistant were very understanding and professional and Lisa the consultant was as good.
