I attended the urgent care centre via 111, staff were not interested and the doctor was unable to do anything (i had to go to durham for treatment) and was the rudest most uncaring person I have ever met, I cannot repeat the obscenities he used here as they are too vulgar, staff were laughing about patients and their problems loud enough for the public to hear. if they treat animals like this, they would be prosecuted, but as its the nhs and people have no choice, they can get away with it. needless to say I would rather suffer than attend that place again remember it used to be a first class hospital, with an excellent A&E department before they improved it, by making it a huge outpatients department, by moving locally needed services to Darlington memorial
