"Time it took from GP to appointment was too long"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

TRAQS generally good in terms of the service, however the time it took from GP to appointment was too long.

Service at the physio was acceptable/satisfactory.

Thank you for your feedback, particularly with reference to the service you received from TRAQS.

I am not sure whether you are stating there was a delay from seeing your GP to when TRAQS contacted you or to the booking of an appointment. However, I can assure you that TRAQS aims to contact the patient within 5 working days of receipt of the referral. The subsequent waiting time may have been affected by your choice of location.

You do not state where you attended your appointment, however, I am pleased to note that you were happy with the service provided.
