"Thank you for the wonderful maternity care"

About: Tameside General Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I was induced 11 days over my due date and was worried about medical intervention in labour - I wanted a water birth. In the end this wasn't possible and I had to be monitored for the safety of the baby. The midwives and drs at Tameside were brilliant as we're the labour facilities - my midwife a Scottish lady called Karen was fantastic and I just felt well cared for throughout. After I was given a private room and the staff on the ward gave me and my baby so much attention and help and well informed. I just want to thank them all for wonderful care.
