Anything else?
The care i received from a nurse and a doctor was really good and they were really nice. The doctor seemed very caring in regards to my health issue. However, the woman at the reception was very unproffesional and seemed annoyed with the fact she had to deal with people. This was very upsetting as i was already distressed about my condition. Perhaps she could do with some training on how to talk to people and be polite and proffesional. She seemed to be very annoyed with me when she realised i haven't been there before which meant she had to take all my information. While she was doing so she kept chatting to other staff around her and obviously entered some of my information wrong or i had to repeat it. For example she spelled my name wrong. The cleaning guy was much more polite and nice than this woman and his job doesn't require to interact with people! The waiting time was quite long, about 3 hours in total. (1hour to be seen by the nurse which lasted about a minute as i obviously needed to see the doctor for which i had to wait 2 more hours). But this is not a big deal as it was rather busy so it's understandable. What i don't understand is how someone who doesn't appear to care about helping people at all can be employed there. Overall i'm satisfied with the service i received.
"Excellent nurses and doctors but the receptionist..."
