I gave birth to my son on 19th August and it wasn't particularly straightforward, but the level of care we received was absolutely fantastic. We were looked after on both the midwife led and consultant led units - both units were very clean and very well equipped and the staff were fabulous. We were incredibly well looked after and I can't thank everyone enough for getting us through the experience. Also thanks to the Gloucester ward staff who looked after us for a few days, even though we were desperate to escape the hospital.
