I had hoped that treatment would commence sooner than it did as I was/am in considerable discomfort and pain with arthritis in the knee.
Going forward, once I had received my first treatment the ongoing date was very flexible.
I was treated very well by the staff at Newport Cottage Care Centre and appreciate not having to travel to Telford to receive physiotherapy.
