After coming back from holiday with an infected foot from an insect bite, I found all members of the team at the walk in centre to be pleasant and professional. The centre was quite busy as there was a steady stream of people coming in and going out. The expected wait time was accurate and the receptionist was friendly and understanding. The nurse who saw me was very professional and caring. A real credit to the NHS, thank you for your assistance today.
