"Still waiting"

Anything else?

I attended the clinic a few months ago, after a 3 month wait for the appointment. Once arrived I was seen very quickly, which was great. But I was with the consultant for barley a minute. He said he was going to refer me to a hearing therapist. I'm still waiting for that referral. Not the speediest! Have I been forgotten, or is the norm? and once I recieve the refferal will I need to wait another 3 months to actually see them?
