Following an accident this year I came into contact with four separate areas of Queen's Hospital: the Emergency Department and X-RAY and later on Fracture Clinic and Physiotherapy. I have to say that I have nothing but praise for the care I received. There was good communication between the four areas and everything was well explained to me throughout. I have to single out for special praise the Physio team who worked with me superbly, giving me confidence back as I started to move again again and supporting me with exercises which meant that my rehabilitation was quicker than the consultants originally estimated.
