Further to my previous story https://www.patientopinion.org.uk/opinions/108438, my friend had his operation today.
The hospital were horrified to hear the catalogue of events that had unfolded, and responded immediately, everyone was wonderful and the operation was done the day after I contacted the Hospital Director.
Many thanks to all concerned, especially to the nurse who was so horrified that she came in on her day off to help, true dedication.
He is doing well
