(as the patient),

I went to Southmead Disablement Unit to see Andrew for a cast to be taken of my stump for a Prosthetic limb. He was kind and patiently answered my numerous questions. He also explained that we would now work as a team to get me up and walking again. He constantly checked that he was causing me no pain, discomfort or embarrassment and made me feel cared for and about. An exemplary young man who I am looking forward to working with in the future.
