Message from Director of Nursing Nicola Ranger: I was very shocked and saddened to hear of your experience on one of our wards and we are very grateful to you for bringing it to our attention. We agree that it is totally unacceptable and I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with you further. It would be extremely helpful if you could email further information. I will return from annual leave on 2 September if you wanted to contact me directly on nicola.ranger@fph-tr.nhs.uk. Or please email palsusers@fph-tr.nhs.uk or call the PALS team (patient liaison) on 01276 526530.
