"Great care and concern shown by the nurse who treated me"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was dealt with as swiftly as was possible, given that a number of very young children who were entering the department and very obviously needed to be seen swiftly.

After a nasty fall, having severe bleeding from my head and nose, I was treated very professionally and felt I was treated as a human being and not just a number going through a system.

Great care and concern shown by the nurse who treated me-thank you.

Dear Lotti,

I'm pleased that you felt you were treated so well during your recent visit to East Surrey Hospital's A&E department. Clearly with an average of over 230 patients attending A&E every day it is a very busy department and therefore it is particularly good to hear that you felt that you were treated as a human being and not just as part of some system.

Kind regards
