Dear Larry, I am sorry to see your comments. Our car parking charges are continually checked against others in the local NHS but I do understand that they remain a burden for users. Our waiting times in clinic should be as short as they can be, and barring occasional issues of staff sickness or someone before you taking a long time, we should run to time. And we certainly should keep you posted in the waiting room about any delays. I was unsure from your comment whether the discussion with the ENT team, though brief, was then what you needed.
