What I liked
Due to serious illness I recently had to spend two weeks in Kettering General Hospital. I would like to
say a big ‘thank you’ to all the nursing and caring staff in Lamport and Pretty Wards, where they
treated me and my ward-mates with kindness, compassion and a cheerfulness which helped me
to get through my time there.
We hear so many negative things about our hospitals these days; take it from me - those who work there are true angels! After this experience I would never again fear a stay in hospital.
