Having been referred to Salford after Wigan I have found the care I have received under the cerebral function unit to have been excellent in all areas.This especially goes for the specialist nurse and the parkinsons nurse who have provided excellent care and advise even when I was at home unwell,they have ensured I have a clear understanding of my condition and feel safe in their care and can contact them for help which is reassuring. The consultants and medical team have also been excellent and I feel that I have received the best care possible for my illness The whole team including administrative staff have an excellent ethos to care and give the compassion that I require from the NHS
