"A & E , and the great service we received"

Last night my husband was taken into this dept. with chest pains. From the moment we arrived we had the best treatment you could want, even though they were busy. Can I say a big thank you to Elaine the staff nurse who kept us well informed explained everything that was going on and generally kept us calm. Also a great big thanks to Dr Dan, who gave us his time and expertise every time he came into room. Explaining everything in layman's language so we knew all the time what was happening, along with Elaine we learnt a lot about high and low blood pressures.

Dr Dan good luck in your career you will be a great GP. Elaine keep up the good work. Thanks to you all for your hard work, you all deserve a medal with what you have to put up with. A few managers should spend a few nights in your dept. It may open their eyes.
