What I liked

i was on the spinal unit and i really could not have praised it enough, after paying £15000 for a major spinal fusion and getting terrible treatment at a neibouring private hospital i was taken aback as to how professional and knowlegdable the staff were, they knew everything, were more than caring and helpfull and if anybody would ask me agin pay and go quick or pain and wait a few months and get the QMC spinal staff it would be the latter. i have another problem with my spine but half the worry is taken away knowing i would be cared for so well on that ward.

What could be improved

i dont think much obviously your staffing levels are a bit low but not as much as the private care hospital.

i was lucky it was clean, not spotless but clean.

Just keep going you are a great example to the NHS.
