I attended for a mamogramm on Tuesday 29th July at 10am. The member of staff who did the procedure, looked after me extremely well. She was cheerful, friendly and highly professional throughout what can be a bit of a daunting experience. She is a credit to the NHS. Previously my experiences at this hospital have not always been good. So I am glad that I have had cause to congratulate you this time,
