"joke pt 2"

About: Helston Community Hospital

Anything else?

Its most annoying that some of your tax goes towards keeping some these people in the physio dept in work and because of the poor service i have had to pay for my own treatment while being unemployed. My issues have been going on for around two years and had to leave four jobs due to it and still no forward. It seems the doctors answer to everything is take some pills and visit the physio drop in centre. I think they have a cheek , well slothing around in there chartered physio outfits, why dont they give the job to someone that wants to help people

Response from Helston Community Hospital

I am sorry you feel this way and, as the Physiotherapy service manager, would be happy to meet with you to discuss your concerns. The physiotherapy team at Helston is extremely hard working and professional and receives numerous plaudits for its work. Clearly your expectations have not been met and it would be helpful to understand why this is. You can arrange a meeting with me or discuss your situation in greater detail by contacting the Patient Advice and Liaison Service on 0300 330 1444.
