Anything else?

Despite the hospital being very very busy my elderly mother was treated with, care kindness and thoughtfulness. I was very surprised at this as the hospital was so frantic I had prepared myself for the worse. A big thank you to the A&E staff for ensuring my mother was not left sitting in reception on a hard chair and to the staff on EAU who treated their night time visitor as if she was a guest checking in late to a top hotel. Thank you.
