I had this operation at Torbay last November. The Staff that prepared me were friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. The operating team, led by my Consultant explained the procedure and even had time for a bit of banter about me cycling to the hospital for such a procedure. The operation was almost painless and I was very carefully taken back to a ward for some aftercare. The Nurses there couldn`t have been kinder. The op. has been a complete success. So, very pleased indeed. (I am not one for giving praise easily).
