What I liked
Receptionists have time for patients, and are usually helpful.
What could be improved
The wards and corridors need extra attention to remove stains of ingrained dirt and body fluids (if that's what the stains are?!). The nurses & staff appear rushed in doing their work, having little time to talk to patients. I'm fed up of going into outpatient appointments late: the clinician never turns up on time. I feel rushed through & that the clinical staff don't have time for me. I'm in and done with in 5-10 mins, with little opportunity to ask what I need to.
