From Reception to Discharge my experience was excellent. Meeting the Surgeon, Anesthetist, and all other staff was very reassuring and confidence building. At no time did I have any fears. My care in recovery and Michelham ward was a joy to receive. I must have had ca15 professionals looking after me on that day, all of whom were superb. There is no doubt in my mind that from the date of my referral by my GP to completion of the procedure, the whole process was swift, efficient and dignified.
