The following feedback was sumbitted to South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foudation Trust via a "Have your say" leaflet.

I suffered a heart attack after singing at choir practice. I was taken to intensive care Bristol Royal Infirmary. After 4 and a half weeks in hospital I am now at home recovering. A huge thank you to everyone concerned.
