(as a parent/guardian),

Our son Sam aged 5 was treated with dignity and respect.

We were particularly impressed with the "inclusion" approach the DR used at our appointment.

Sam was involved in the whole process.

Thank you so much for letting us know how well the doctor included Sam in his appointment. I remember how scary going to hospital was when I was a child, and it is so important for doctors to treat us with respect and be inclusive - not just because this helps us to feel comfortable and get the right care and treatment at the time, but also it influences our views of doctors and health professionals for our life ahead. Thanks again, and all the best to Sam.
