Despite all the coments about problems trying to get through to the Ophthalmology department it looks like things havn't changed. I needed to confirm my appointment date & time because it had already been changed a few times & I could no longer find the paperwork. 1st attempt rang for about 10mins then asked me to enter my user id & password ? what the hell! 2nd attempt got cut off after about 5mins 3rd attempt rang for about 10 mins then just cut off. 4th attempt opted to go through to the operater, 15mins waiting for a reply, another 15mins with the operater trying to connect me to different numbers only to end up with a recorded message. It's a complete shambles & if this is the way this hospital is being run no wonder they are trying to shut it down!
