What I liked

i was recently admitted to A & E,and besides having to wait hours to see a doctor,eventually when i did he fitted a canular without first washing his hands or putting gloves on, he just tied a rubber glove aroung my arm instead of putting a proper belt on for taking the blood out,when he did it the blood shot out on the bed and on my clothes and it was never cleaned up,also the cubicles were not very clean,splashes up the walls etc.

What could be improved

definatly the cleanthiness,more staff, quicker waiting times especially in A & E. not so long in observation wards on trolley beds.Betterparking facilities.
