"saving my life"

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary / Cardiology South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

On the 2nd week in July I had a heart attack. It happened in cheddar and I was taken to the BRI. While I was in the ambulance my heart stopped and im only alive today because of the treatment I received. I dont no the name of the person who saved me but would like to thank him. Is it possible to track down the man as without his skill and training my 2 kids would not have a dad. I owe this man so much

Dear AMR

Thank you for taking the time to share your story, I am so glad to hear that you are doing so well.

I can arrange for your thanks to be passed onto the specific staff members who attended to you, but in order to do this I will require a bit more information from you.

Could you please call me on 01392 453831 to discuss.

Kind regards

Laura
