"I would never believe after four sessions I could be so much better"

(as the patient),

I just would never have believed that after just 4 sessions I could be so much better. I am now able to face my demons and drive to the shops by myself, and actually do some shopping.

I am now not afraid of going out which happened because I looked after my sick husband for many months. He could not be left alone so I got used to not going out. When he died 6 months ago and I could venture out, I had lost all confidence and couldn't face going out. Now I am so much better thanks to my one to ones with Alison.

It is great to hear how much things have improved for you to the point where you now have the confidence to travel again and shop etc. It is so good to hear how you have progressed following the traumatic time you clearly had.
