I called the 111 service about a week ago. They were brilliant, very helpful, caring and considerate.

I had a problem with my GP. I had an appointment at 2: 50pm for a bad back. The doctor had said he wanted to examine my back, but when I arrived he just asked if I had received the leaftlet on exercises, and that was it! He didn’t seem to care. Because of this I am now looking to change my GP.

My back isn’t too bad at the moment, but I’m waiting for it to go again. When it does, I can’t get dressed or move due to the pain. Next time I would prefer to call the 111 service rather than my GP.
