Please accept my apologies that you were not informed by your GP that your referral would be sent to and managed by TRAQS. Please accept my apologies that you were not provided with an explanatory leaflet regarding our service by your local practice. However, it is pleasing to note that the service you did receive from TRAQS was of a high standard.
