What I liked

Friendly staff, and the overall service is just pretty good. Get seen reasonably quickly etc. Nothing stands out really other than the staff. Everything is OK, but the staff really are very good. (Particularly the paramedics!)

What could be improved

The car parking is a joke, and what the hell has happened to the canteen! The prices are far, far too high. For a sandwich and a coffee you can't expect people to pay £6 for - on top of the car parking costs. A day visiting someone adds up to over £15 for a few coffee's, and sandwich and car parking.

The choice of italian coffee is great - I love it and use these sorts of shops when i'm out. But not in a hospital. Lack of choice and pricing is grossly unfair on patients and relatives alike.
