What I liked
Friendly and helpful staff in A and E dealt with my young daughter really well. On a previous visit serveral years ago equally impressed by staff, just so understanding. I get the imression that there is something about the management or running of the hosp. that keeps staff morale going -stark contrast to my experience as an in-patient at Queens.
What could be improved
A new waiting area - I know it has to cope with alot of through traffic but it so depressing -reminds me of a bus station, not very clean either.
