"I believe I would cope much better thanks to the sessions"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I was in a state of acute anxiety over a mouse being in my home. I didn't understand why I was so scared - I always thought I quite like mice. But my terror was extreme.

After seeing my therapist for quite some time I was able to accept that a mouse in my home was scary but I know now that my terror was a bit over the top.

But I don't know how I would react if it happens again. I believe I would cope much better thanks to the sessions I had.

Dear North164,

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad that the sessions have helped you to believe that you could cope better if you were faced with a similar situations.

I wish you all the best for the future,

Elizabeth
