About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as the patient),

The carer got confused and gave a double dose of tablets, we were all really worried so we called 111. The operator was fast, efficient, and comforting. It turned out we did not need a hospital visit which was great and the reassurance of this was helpful and comforting.

We have heard a lot of bad press about this service but our honest experience was fantastic and we couldn't fault this service or the staff whom are apart of it.

The NHS111 service has recently been subject to critisism that is not justified for users in London.

Thank you for posting your experience and I am really pleased that the service was able to ensure your loved one remained at home rather than having to be taken to hospital.
