Collected my brother tonight after he had had surgery,it took me 10-15 to get back to my car and i was still charged £1.20 how disgusting daylight robbery .

I am really sorry you have been left so cross about the car parking charges - the £1.20 is a flat charge for up to one hour so it wouldnt have registered that you were only 10 to 15 minutes. Its a shame as you may not have seen that opposite the maternity entrance at Pilgrim Hospital there is a patient pick up / drop off zone which allows a 10 minute waiting time.......I appreciate that this is too late now but if you ever need to collect someone again look out for it. My apologies again.
