Out patient Clinic b in manchester eye hospital is a total waste of time, been offered opointment at 3.15 but seen by around 6 o clock thanks to the staff. 7 nurses standing doing nothing with 1 consultant working hard with patients .i wonder why we have more nurses at this clinic just to pick up patient,s file write a time and date lol . Lots of patients were angry some gone home could not wait longer.fell sorry for nhs and their hard working bosses.
