About: NHS Telford and Wrekin CCG Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Absolutely great, lovely lady on the phone, had a bit of a giggle and I was amazed that I had the choice to make and not told who, what and where I would be going.

If only getting to see a doctor at Wellington Medical Practice was as easy! !

Thank you for taking the time to respond and for your kind comments, they are much appreciated.

The TRAQS team consists of a group of local people assisting local people who require further treatment to make an informed Choice as to where they would like to receive their medical treatment. TRAQS has been operating for 1 year and the team is dedicated to provide a high level of service to the patients we serve within the Telford and Wrekin area.

I will share your kind comments with the team and am happy that your experience of booking using TRAQS was such a positive one.
