What I liked

I liked being treated like a human being and not just a number. Everyone from the clinic and the Day Care Unit worked as a team and made me feel at ease and extremely confident in the operations I had on my eyes. The entire staff are a credit to the hospital. The Admissions staff went more than the extra mile in my opinion in arranging both my operations with tremendous sensitivity and efficiency

What could be improved

The only small thing that perhaps could be improved is the appointment process in the eye clinic. I have had to wait in a packed waiting room quite a while before being seen and judging by other patients comments this is the norm... (A small price to pay I might say when my sight has been saved)
