I find that the care and support given to me by nurses, doctors and even receptionists is of a very high standard.
They have patience to deal with my many long term conditions and have time to speak to me and explain things clearly.
I recently had some blood tests taken and a doctor who didn't know my previously medical history asked me to go to the surgery, where another doctor who did know about my health, explained that in fact for me the test results showed that my health had improved.
She was able to spend the time going through each result to ensure that I was no longer worried and double checked to make sure I understood.
